FABCO Custom Filter Separation Products

For over 20 years, Fabco Products Inc. has been a manufacturer of vane type demisters, bubble caps, bulk mesh, structured packing, liquid coalescers, electric static treaters/dehydrators, vane and wire mesh mist extractors. Custom designing for proprietary pressure vessel internal components are also available.

Fabco manufactures premium filter separation products for the oil and natural gas industry. Our manufacturing operations allow us to hold a 1/8 of an inch tolerance. Constructed from a variety of carbon steel and poly-propylene materials, our filter separation components include 26 gauge vanes, .009 of an inch thick wire mesh mist pads, .008 of an inch structure packing, and coalescers.

Fabco can also apply a variety of finishes to our premium filter separation products, such as standard, embossed, and textured. In addition, we perform superior reel to reel plating operations using bright tin material. At Fabco, we construct our products to meet exact client print specifications, accepting all .DWG AutoCAD files. With the ability to produce 1,800,000 filter separation components per year, our manufacturing services have successfully assisted the needs of multiple oil and natural gas businesses.
